Year 6 Girls Transition Program

On the 31st of October the year 6 girls were introduced to the secondary principles and system. It was informative and presented multiple things we would encounter during year 7. Although it seemed overwhelming we were assured that the system would be simple. We found it quite helpful having all of our questions answered. Each group talked about a different topic: uniform, homework and assessments, subjects and the importance of organisation. By the end of the session everyone felt much more prepared for this next step towards the future. Afterwards we enjoyed many delicious foods and drinks as we talked amongst each other. Everyone agreed that it was a very exciting and interesting experience.
